Sally qualified as a nurse in 2006. Her background is Intensive Care Nursing. After settling down with her husband and having three precious babies, she hung up her stethoscope and took some time out to nurture her family.
Continuing on from her experience in ICU, Sally started to look after complex care patients in their own home in the community, something she still loves to do! Giving someone more time to make memories with their loved ones.
In 2019 aesthetic nursing became a new venture. Always striving to be the best she can be Sally enrolled on a Level 7 training program in Injectables and Cosmetic Dermatology at London’s Harley Academy -The UK’s leading post graduate training provider in aesthetic medicine for doctors, dentists, nurses and midwives, pioneering Botox, dermal fillers and cosmetic dermatology.
Level 7 is the highest possible accreditation for aesthetics. This means she’s not just attended a one day course as is sometimes the case in aesthetics, she has studied extensively, learning about the structure and anatomical aspects of the face and body. Sally has continued to develop her skills and knowledge with some great award winning providers in the Aesthetic Market.
Sally is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as well as a member of BACN (British Association of Cosmetic Nursing) and ACE (Aesthetic Complications Expert Group) this is a world wide recognised group supporting practitioners in their field should there be any unforeseen complications. Each practitioner is trained to manage complications however to have the support and backing not only for the practitioner but more importantly for you is up there with the foundations of basic good practice.

As with all treatments there are always risks, but being adequately trained and insured means that Sally is always keeping up with current practice, minimising risk and ensuring that safe practice is paramount.
